How do I report a theft?

Step 1:

• Call (877) 346-3039 as quickly as possible to make our team aware of your stolen vehicle. This is our 24/7 Theft Recovery number. Please call this number at any time. This includes weekends, holidays, and after hours.
  • Please try and be as accurate as possible with when your vehicle was stolen, and when you noticed the vehicle stolen.

Step 2:

• Report the theft to your local police department. Please be sure to make them aware that our theft recovery team is assisting in this matter. Ensure to ask for the Officer/Deputy name and case number.
  • After that step is completed, please call our phone number 877.346.3039 back and give the information from the police department to the representative assisting in your theft recovery. This includes the case number, and the name of the Officer/Deputy overseeing the case, and the phone number for your police department.

Step 3:

• Allow our team to work directly with the police to recover your stolen vehicle. Please do not attempt to make contact with the vehicle, as the individual(s) who have stolen your vehicle could be armed and dangerous. Please let your local authorities handle the situation.
