How do I pay my annual renewal?

• We send E-Mail and SMS reminders with details on paying your annual renewal, starting as early as 60 days from your anniversary date. Each reminder will contain a link that will allow you to pay with credit or debit card.
• If you do not receive the reminders, please let our support team know so that we can update your account with the best contact information.
• If you click the reminder and it does not work, please contact us for assistance. Occasionally, the links are broken due to how they are delivered to your phone or computer.
• You can also pay by visiting our web control panel at https://www.myfincontrol.com. After logging in, click the "FIN Devices" tab on the left, and if within 60 days of expiration, you can click the "Pay Now" button.
• We also take payments over the phone (888-811-3883) with credit/debit cards Monday-Friday 9a-5p ET.
